We draw up the wording of complex contracts for our clients. We examine the draft contracts sent to our clients by their opponents. We assist our clients in negotiating their contracts. We give advise to our clients about the legal and financial risks of the respective contracts and make improvements if necessary. We are specialized in all kinds of business contracts. Our clients are members of several industries, e.g. biotechnology, mechanical engineering, automobile and medical industries.

Enforcement of US-judgements in Germany

We assist our clients in enforcing US-judgements in Germany. Very often a plaintiff must file his case with a court in Germany after having succeeded in the U.S. in order to enforce the US-judgements. We do all things necessary to enforce US-judgements in Germany.

Subsidiaries of US-Companies

We assist several US-corporations having subsidiaries in Germany. If necessary, we assist them with regard to public registers, tax authorities and other agencies, draft their contracts and file their legal actions with courts in Germany. We give legal and financial advice with respect to their investments in Germany and to all legal matters which are relevant to their business in Germany.

Litigation

Our lawyers are admitted to all courts in Germany including civil courts, labour courts, criminal courts and tax courts. We have also wide experience with arbitration and mediation. Of course, we also assist our clients in enforcing their judgements against the defendants.

General counsel

We give legal and financial advise to all our foreign clients with regard to their investments in Germany/Europe or to other legal matters they are confronted with in Germany. We are also used to provide our clients with the data of other institutions they need to solve their problems and to be successful in Germany.
